They have tried to wash their hands of it, apparently saying they cannot "move" the glass to make the bridge/join smaller. Well, it's a hell of a lot smaller in the kitchen, which faces the same direction, is in a damper room, and DOESN'T have this problem. I don't doubt they cannot shuffle about the glass that's already there, I imagine the only way to fix this is to replace the glass. But that would cost them money. Poor things.
