Welcome to Oxley Woods Living. Oxley Woods living has been put together by and also for residents of the George Wimpey development of Eco Homes to the west of Milton Keynes.
We want to share our experiences of living in an Oxley Woods eco house, the good and bad, and offer a venue for other residents to come together to voice their opinions and offer feedback on living in Oxley Woods.
The Oxley Woods housing development is in Oxley Park, Milton Keynes. The construction is mostly undertaken by UK firm Wood Newton, under the guidance and management of the company formerly known as George Wimpey, now Taylor Wimpey.
The site has gained prestige and recognition for it’s cutting edge urban design, and of course for it’s eco-credentials, as well as being part of the “60k homes project”, which is officially called the “Design for Manufacture Competition”, spearheaded by English Partnerships.
